Mississippi State University’s Scholarship Program offers assistance to outstanding students who demonstrate the potential for superior academic performance at the college level.

Students must be enrolled full-time and must complete a minimum of 12 credit hours each semester to receive scholarships. Academic scholarships will be deferred during the work phase for co-op students. Renewal of scholarships and waivers is based on full-time enrollment and maintaining a 3.00 overall GPA at the end of each fall semester.

Academic and non-resident tuition scholarships are only offered during the fall and spring semesters. Requests to substitute a summer semester for a fall or spring semester must be made through the scholarship office.
