Hey, future Bulldogs! My name is Judd Williams, and I'm from Hoover, AL. I double majored in English and Philosophy during my undergrad at MSU. The English department is located in Lee Hall, so naturally, I called it home! Lee Hall houses Bettersworth Auditorium, where several campus events take place. Mitt Romney, Buzz Aldrin, Grace Potter & the Nocturnals, and ZZ Ward are just a few of the speakers and musicians that we've hosted in Bettersworth Auditorium! Let me know if you have any questions about admissions!

What's your favorite tradition at MSU?

My favorite tradition at MSU is definitely the cowbell! There's no better tangible representation of so many things that Mississippi State encompasses than the cowbell.

Where's the best place to study on campus?

The best place to study on campus is the 3rd floor balcony of Nunnelee Hall. I studied and read there all the time when I was a resident adviser in the building.

Favorite class project at MSU?

In the last religion class I took with Professor Bisson, I was allowed to write a short story instead of a research paper. I wrote the story of the woman at the well in John 4. It helped me to remember that while studying theology can be academic, it is never less than the lives of people.

Activities, clubs, and service projects I was involved with:

Beta Upsilon Chi Fraternity, Reformed University Fellowship, and MSU Roadrunners

Favorite place to hang out in Starkville:

929 Coffee Bar!

These are my favorite things...

My favorite book is The Lord of the Rings by J.R.R. Tolkien. I also love to run, write, and hang out with friends!
