Automatically awarded upon MSU admission based on 9th-11th grade high school GPA. Annual award (over a maximum of 8 semesters). 

*Disclaimer: The Freshman Non-Resident Tuition Test Optional Scholarship cannot be combined with the Freshman Non-Resident Academic Scholarship.

$52,000 over four years, $13,000 per year

The 100% Veteran, Service-Member, Dependent, Spouse Non-Resident Tuition Waiver cannot be stacked with the Non-Resident Tuition Scholarship. 

Academic Common Market may not be stacked with the Non-Resident Tuition Scholarship.

Students must be assessed non-resident fees in order to receive a Non-Resident Tuition Scholarship.
