Eating Well at MSU — Allergen-Friendly & Wellness Options

MSU Dining is committed to supporting every student, including those with dietary restrictions or food allergies. Resources include:

True Balance Station — Located at the Perry Food Hall, the True Balance Station serves complete meals prepared without gluten and the top 9 food allergens, including milk, eggs, wheat, soy, shellfish, fish, tree nuts, peanuts, and sesame. The station is AllerCheck certified and audited annually by an independent agency.

Registered Dietitian on Campus — MSU Dining has a registered dietitian available to students for personalized consultations, dietary guidance, and support navigating campus food options. Students can reach out directly at msudining@aramark.com.

Nutrition Tools — Students can view nutrition information, use the personalized meal calculator, and track dietary goals online or through the MSU Dining app.
