Raegan Rushing
Hi, future Bulldogs! My name is Raegan Rushing. I am from Biloxi, MS, and I graduated from Mississippi State in 2023. I am grateful for the opportunity to work for a university as special as MSU, and I can't wait to connect with students across Louisiana who will make the wise decision to call Mississippi State home. Hail State!
My favorite place on campus is the Colvard Student Union. The Union is always bustling with energy and excitement, and it was one of my favorite places to meet up with friends and share a meal as a student!
Future students should attend as many sporting events as possible. Student tickets are discounted, and there are few things more fun than ringing your cowbell and cheering on the Dawgs with thousands of other loyal MSU fans!
My favorite student organization is Orientation Leaders. My summer as an OL in 2022 was transformative for me and gave me lifelong friendships and memories with people I still talk to daily. Having the opportunity to welcome incoming students to MSU was such a gift, and I wouldn't be on the career path that I am on without the OL experience!
My favorite Starkville restaurant is The Little Dooey!
Spotify for sure! There are so many great live albums on Spotify, and my daylist is always putting me onto new music. Lately, I have been listening to a lot of Van Morrison, Billy Strings, Alabama Shakes, Lana Del Rey, and Mt. Joy!
