Freshman Non-Resident Tuition Scholarship

Automatically awarded upon MSU admission based on 9th-11th grade high school GPA and test scores.  Annual award (over a maximum of 8 semesters). Non-resident students can receive a Freshman Academic Excellence Scholarship and a Non-Resident Tuition Scholarship.
